To check out an item, present it with your Cougar Card or community borrowing card at the Circulation Desk. After the book has been checked out, it will be desensitized to permit it to pass through the security gates. To learn more about library cards, CLICK HERE.

Faculty members who intend to have teaching or research assistants check out material for them during the academic should inquire about proxy cards at the Circulation Desk.

One-time-use Library Designee forms are available at this link. The Library Designee form allows you to assign someone else to pick up your holds and check material out in your name one time.

Applications for guest library user privileges are available at each library's Circulation Desk.
