Items Held by WSU
1. Make sure you are logged into Search It so you can see request options.

2. Look for the red “Request Physical Item” button and use it to see your delivery options.

3. Select “Pullman Home Delivery” from the drop-down menu. Make sure that your address in MyWSU is up-to-date.

4. Finalize your request by clicking “Request Item.” A confirmation message that says “Request placed” should appear.

Items Not Held by WSU
1. Make sure you are logged into Search It so you can see request options.

2. If the WSU Libraries do not own an item, you will have the option to request a physical copy in the 'Get it for me' box.

3. Select “Pullman Home Delivery” from the drop-down menu. Make sure that your address in MyWSU is up-to-date.
