Make sure you are logged into Search It so you can see request options.
Look for the red “Request Physical Item” button and use it to see your delivery options.
Select “Pullman Home Delivery” from the drop-down menu. Make sure that your address in MyWSU is up-to-date.
Finalize your request by clicking “Request Item.” A confirmation message that says “Request placed” should appear.
Items Not Held by WSU
Make sure you are logged into Search It so you can see request options.
If the WSU Libraries do not own an item, you will see a red “Request through InterLibrary Loan” button instead of the regular “Request button.”
Clicking on the “Request through InterLibrary Loan” button will take you out of Search It and into ILLiad, where you will need to sign in again. If you have never requested something through InterLibrary Loan, you will need to create an account. Learn more about creating an ILLiad account.
Sign in using your WSU Network ID. The request form should be auto-populated with your item’s information. Click submit. Learn more about InterLibrary Loan.
