If you are searching for peer-reviewed articles in Search It, our online catalog, type in your keywords. Then, on the left side, click on Peer-reviewed Journals. This will limit your results to only those materials. You can also tell if something is a peer-reviewed journal by its notation next to the article information. See below for screenshots:
