If you can use an e-book in place of a print copy, request it via Illiad and make sure you check yes for Electronic Format.  We will try to borrow one, however, copyright issues and delivery problems may prevent us from obtaining one.  If we are unsuccessful, we will try to get a paper copy of the title.  If you definitely require an e-book, please place a note in the Note field in your ILLiad request stating that you must have an ebook.

If you know exactly what chapter you need out of an e-book, it is often easier to get one as a pdf as they rarely violate copyright and, being smaller, are more easily delivered. If this is the case, please request a scanned chapter (you will see this option on the left side of the screen when logged into Illiad).
